Executive Briefing
Executive briefings begin with a review of program goals, research questions, and hypotheses among key stakeholders, often including C-suite participation. With consensus established, we present the research findings in a manner that mirrors goals, questions, and hypotheses. Observations made by the group and follow up analysis requests are captured as the results are shared and digested. The session concludes with consensus building around the findings and prioritization of courses of action.
Deep Dives
Invariably, the discussion of overall findings and trends sparks ideas and questions among Executive Briefing participants, and these follow-on suggestions necessitate a deeper level of analysis. This can take the form of defining additional comparison groups, running additional cross-tabulations, and/or conducting advanced analytics.
Quarterly Reviews
Research programs are conducted over time and need to be summarized on a periodic schedule to meet the needs of the organization. We work with you to determine the cadence that make the most sense for your organization, whether annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly.
